Front Desk Specialist LOCATION:
Haddon Heights, NJ Perks Work Schedule is 2 days during the week and 1 weekend day (either Friday or Saturday) 30 working hours, but you will be paid for 36-38 Team A perk - no back-to-back days worked, EVER! Team B perk - 3 day weekends twice a month! Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all patients in the office and over the phone and ensure an excellent patient experience.
Provide effective and smart scheduling for patient appointments.
Check in patients, obtain medical updates, and verify insurance eligibility.
Check out patients, present treatment plans, discuss financial responsibilities, and collect payments.
Monitor patient flow and communicate schedule updates with all team members.
Job Requirements Exceptional customer service skills:
