Handle a caseload & work as a team with the firm's principle on complex federal and state criminal defense matters, plaintiff's personal injury litigation, matrimonial, municipal court and other matters. REQUIREMENTS:
-- licensed and admitted to practice in both NJ & PA, & the U.S. District Courts for the DNJ and EDPA
-- at least 5 years actual litigation experience preferably including personal injury and family law matters (criminal law experience preferable but not necessary)
-- excellent research and writing skills (Law Review or other writing journal experience is preferred)
-- must be tech savvy & very computer literate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
