The Defender was owned in South Africa, and has spent a majority of its life in South Africa, in a very dry climate which is very kind to these Defenders.
This Defender is also fitted with a very highly desirable and sought after galvanized frame from the factory, which will cause this Defender to last much longer than one without a galvanized frame.
The Defender starts up, and goes through all the gears.
This Defender is in good condition for the age, with no major issues that I've noticed.
It's powered by a robust 300 TDI engine, and a 5 speed manual gearbox as well.
